Welcome to the page of St Thomas Musbury, a village church within the vibrant community of Helmshore.

We are the Church of England in Helmshore with our beautiful church building built in 1852. We are an open, welcoming and inclusive community here to serve the needs of everyone in our parish. All are welcome here. We are pleased to be part of the Inclusive Church network and we are committed to their Vision Statement:

"We believe in inclusive church - a church which celebrates and affirms every person and does not discriminate.

We will continue to challenge the church where it continues to discriminate against people on grounds of disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexuality.

We are also proud to have signed up with Eco Church and to have begun to work towards our first award.
