St James, Gatley - the Church on The Green

There is lots of information on this site about services at St James. The Church is also open every day from 9.30am-3.00pm as a place for quiet prayer and reflection.

Jesus said 'Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.' Our prayer is that St James is a place where all can find the rest and refreshment that Jesus gives.
