St Andrew's Church

This Parish has not as yet registered with the Parish Giving Scheme and as such unfortunately you are not yet able to set up a direct debit or make a one-off gift to this Parish. If you would like to in the future, please 'Register your interest' and we will convey your interest onto the Parish.

St Andrew's would love to welcome you and the church building is open for private prayer during daylight hours. As we are currently in a vacancy, although the church has the support of an amazing Ministry Team,  the number of Sunday services have had to be cut back slightly. There is a service at 10.45am every Sunday and sometimes there is also one at 9.15 am or 5.00 pm. The parish of Backwell is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Bath & Wells's safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
