Welcome to St Peter's Church at Edensor, in Chatsworth Park, Bakewell.
The Church serves the communities of Edensor, Pilsley, Chatsworth and Calton Lees as well as the many worshippers and visitors who visit this special Grade I listed building designed by Gilbert Scott.
We are a lively eclectic group of people committed to uphold the traditions of the Book of Common Prayer.
The beauty of this place encourages many couples to marry here - we are delighted to welcome them.
Many generations of the Cavendish family as well as the celebrated Joseph Paxton are buried here and our churchyard is the final resting place for Kathleen Kennedy.
