The parish of Hatherden with Tangley was created in 1976 when the parishes of Hatherden and Tangley were united. We operate as a single parish with two churches:
- Christ Church, which is located in Hatherden
- St Thomas of Canterbury, which is in Tangley
We belong to the benefice of Pastrow, which is known as Pastrow Family.
